Her whole thing in the comic was that you were told her tits were incredibly huge, but they were always obscured either by smoke and dust like in this picture, or by an extremely bright glowing light. That would be really hard to replicate on a figure I think, so would they just have her tits visible? And how big would they actually be? Around the time this character debuted "incredibly huge tits" usually meant like... d cups. That's nothing these days. This speculation is probably pointless, since this character is pretty much more or less forgotten in the wider DC canon and it's extremely unlikely that any company cares enough about her to make a figure of her, but it's fun to think about.
