>>8930984>You're basically splitting hairs here to prove a pedantic point.LOL
How fucking retarded are you?
You're the one that is trying to say Hasbro is a monopoly, ignoring what a monopoly is and trying to say it's duopoly (or is this not it, because you're trying to think beyond your capabilities?), just because you want to sound "smart" to say Hasbro is doing something wrong just because you're angry.
The fact of the matter is that Jazwares themselves likely reliquished rights to the 6" figures, because of how licenses work. No one can steal anything or get outbid as long as the license is in effect. Only way it can be prematurely ended, and almost always stated within the license itself, is if sales were shit and Jazwares wasn't paying up the difference. Otherwise, the license continues on until it ends. Just so you know, Jazwares original license was only for 1:18 figures and got the rights for 1:12 figures a year later. So Jazwares was definitely doing short term licensing agreements, basically throwing any old shit against the wall to see what stuck.
Like with most good partnerships, Jazwares should also have first rights to reup with Epic on everything. You don't want to fuck up your business relationships, because there's a lot of money involved.
So if Hasbro got the 6" license, it's because Jazwares passed it up, likely because sales weren't all that hot, and Hasbro without a doubt paid less for that license.
There's no strong arming like you want to pretend there is, nor is Hasbro controlling even the action figure market because wtf does that even mean?
Also, where are you even getting oyur news about that stuff about Marvel and Bluefin? Sounds like made up drama because you don't understand licenses that have been in place before any figure is even produced, muchless announced.
