The results really depend on your own skill level as you'd expect, but it's also a project that takes some few years at the least. Remember that guy that made the life size Sally Acorn with a model human skeleton and muscle structure? Took him 20 years and he's not even "done" with it yet!
Your situation might be a bit easier, though. Really if I were to do it I'd just make the basic internal and external body and dress it up in Kig, but you may have differing ideas. follow u're dreams, anon :)
