Option 1: SHMA GvK Godzilla is pretty much the same figure as the KotM one and it was unusually cheap for a SHMA, only 5K yen at PO prices. Perhaps you can still track one down.
Option 2: NECA. Relatively cheap. Sculpt, articulation and quality are decent, especially for their pricing, despite what the haters say. In addition, you have more options for various versions of Godzilla. I believe there's both a blue and a "final fire" form of him.
Option 3: Bootlegs, especially if you want a Ghidorah on the cheap. I have a bootleg classic Ghidorah. It's okay. It's fiddly as fuck but hey, for the price, I can live with it. Should be about the same for KotM Ghidorah.
