Honestly, it's not something you should worry about. You really don't know what toys will leak with bloom everywhere, because it can happen to any toy and it WILL eventually happen too.... maybe 30 or 40 years down the line (or longer). What's likely going to happen first is discoloration from just being exposed to oxygen. There's really nothing you can do about this and you can only prolong the inevitable by investing in air conditoining, because heat is the worst thing for plastics.
I keep a lot of my shit in air tight containers with a bunch of moisture packets. I have AC and i also keep most of my boxes in closets against walls that don't get hit by the sun.
If you want to be really anal about it, store it with acid free paper and create layers that way. The paper will soak up the plasticizers and ensure paint won't be rubbing off onto other toys laying intop of it.
Air it out once a year, by checking if anything is going bad and close the box up for another year. Want to be anal? Check every 6 months. Personally, some of my stuff has been packed away for almost 2 yaers without me checking, because meh.
Seriously, you really shouldn't worry much about this stuff unless you're poor and really really care about the resale value.
