I picked up the Origins Land Shark from Amazon and it came with this long white strap wrapped around the figure. Can someone try to explain what happened/why it's there?

Another anon in the MOTU thread mentioned that it's the same strap as a certain variation of a Dragon Dildo he uses, but I doubt that these are made in the same factory as those.
