I looked up the articles again, guess I was confused because I remembered how all the headlines were talking about how they just 'dismissed' their lawsuit without much fanfare. But it looks more like they got more of what they wanted from wotc and dismissed it in a way so they can still re-file the lawsuit at a later date if WotC goes back on whatever they agreed upon.

Weird how quiet this all was and rather calmly handled.

lol, they had to make WotC's stupidity public and ask for multi-million dollars for works that were already being rendered, in order to actually finish their books. I don't think threats and airing out grievances is calm at all.

Basically I really like the old art they have and want to see pic related with the TSR/SSI Goldbox Neverwinter cover art party made. I'd also look to do characters like Alias and Dragonbait (see Alias on her own then later in an exclusive 2-pack, the Hasbro way)

It poses pretty well, nothing amazing but at this price point its about as articulated as it gets. If you have the MOTUC battle cat its comparable in articulation to that.

Trolls have regeneration. in older editions this meant all damage dealt to them was Nonlethal and could not outright kill them unless the damage was fire or acid. 5e having removed nonlethal damage, has it set up so it just can not die at all if it's regeneration is active, which is turned off for a turn if it takes the aforementioned acid or fire damage.
