Amazon Japan says May release too. Correct me if I'm wrong, but some got it but the face was so bad SE basically hauled or did a recall and moved back the "full" release for the rest of the orders. Some places that didn't get that memo and shipped them out early I guess?

bbts isn't a scam site, they're like tier 1 american storesalong with sideshow, and as a result they tend to get their shit last. No idea why but that's how it is. Kid Nier just went up. I kind of prefer when figure companies wait until a product is actually ready before announcing it. I'm sick of how figmas and SHFs are revealed and then the company just sits on them for a year or two before putting them up for preorder, or usually never at all in Bandai's case.

If you ordered from Square Enix NA directly, you can email their support to get a replacement figure now. I am guessing they are receiving the fixed faces soon.

If you ordered from BBTS you are probably out of luck unless you can convince them of the defect.
