Then in DLC there's Frost, Shang, Nightwolf, Sindel, Joker, Terminator (probably can't do him), Fujin, Sheeva, Robocop (probably can't do him either), Mileena, Rain, and Rambo (probably can't do him).
So a fair few, but Todd (assuming he does have a say in which characters get made) seems to like the cowboy aesthetic based on how how much potential he sees in Gunslinger, so I wouldn't be surprised if Erron gets made before too much longer.
