Cyber Smoke is the better figure aesthetically and can pose better

This scorpions proportions are off and his head looks like mickey mouse. So if you do get scorpion get the regular version.

MK3 scorpion is still a decent figure but they kinda phoned it in vs their mk1/2 version. Same with Sub-zero mk3. Looks a little too chunky in the midsection instead of like this.

i did but ive actually been looking for a good mk figure for a while, I have the bloody shao kahn and throne but it feels more like a display piece than a figure and its not very good desu

The sprites were held back by the limitations of being color swaps, the character select screen was probably what he was "supposed" to look like. However nobody liked that look so it thankfully never stayed.

I've been wanting one of these MKSCs for a while now but I really don't like how some of the newer ones look and the ones I really want I totally missed the boat on, now they're fucking crazy expensive. Sub-Zero, Rain, Ermac, Scorpion, Reptile... I'd be fuckin' psyched for any of them.
