There's the option of the Beverly Hills Dolls collection Sweet Little Family. I have this and the Community Workers playset, they're nice and sturdy standing at 7 inches tall, they go well with Marvel Legends if you need hapless civilians to rescue, although the toddler and baby are hideously misproportioned.

Not really. They're 7 inch scale and the bodies they use are simple. I guess it depends on how much after market. Right now you can pick them up at bbts and 5ktoys. They're fun in a group.
