I'm real conflicted. I love Mutagen Man, and I love GITD plastic. But I kinda hate the combo of colors they chose here. Something about those particular shades of green and pink and almost-greenish-gold they chose are real garish together, and not in a radical 90s kinda way. They're just plain ugly.

Serious question, what's the point? Aside from maybe a few fringe situations, swivel hinge elbows generally render bicep swivels unnecessary. Now, don't get me wrong, I WOULD prefer a dedicated double elbow and bicep swivel instead, but I'm just sayin, we're kinda already getting the same motion.
