from here there are various tools that that can let you pose exactly how you want, if you want something that is replaceable, there are tools to make ball joints, but if you go one and done you can use sI think some free tools that distribute weight so the thing stands up or balances the way you want it to.
from here its just getting your thing printed, depending on how many you want or if you liked the process, buying your own or renting a 3d printer, detail wise you are looking at a resin printer, I think a laser printer, dlp may give enough detail but laser definitely would.
