He looks a lot like Movie Prime, only shrunken down from previous offerings.
Things I have to harp on right away; those fucking panels on hi forearms are such a bummer. The collide with everything and prevent Prime from bending his elbows more often than not.
Also his battle blades aren't removable so either they're deployed or they're also competing for space against all the panel gumming up Prime's arms.
From the elbows up though, he's a great figure. Robot mode is solid and well detailed. Most of the paint is just held over from vehicle mode.
Only about three robot parts are painted and not just coloured plastic.
