As for why McFarlane hasn't approached other Image properties, it's same reason he barely made any Spawn stuff in nearly two decades: no interest.
McFarlane barely squeaked Spawn statueshit into his Color Tops line as mostly a TRU exclusive and its only now from a successful Kickstarter that he was able to show retailers that there's millions of dollars worth of merch that they can sell. ... of his own property.
Other properties? Literal whos, that sell maybe 10,000 copies a month. Retailers aren't interested and licensing costs being a thing, hence nothing is made. Even direct market (comic stores) retailers are wary.
Image properties that WERE popular enough to get toys made out of were approached by bigger companies than McFarlanes, thus got more money to have their figures made. Toy Biz, Playmates, etc.
Stuff like pic was a one time thing.
