>>9071934Actually, only the Superscope and Zapper are Nintendo proper. The rest are 3rd party accessories, who probably don't care enough to get a lawyer to C&D them. Regardless, they are probably stylized enough to be considered parody esepecially since they are so vaguely detailed and some of them aren't even used in a way that could be considered their intended purpose.
This isn't like the big chungus figure where there was no way to change it enough to be identifiable and legally distinct from Bugs Bunny, thus WB has to go after them or risk losing control of the copyright. Bugs Bunny still makes money, nothing on the Nerd still does.
