>>9099330And you don't get that I'll never, at least in the foreseeable future, have 400 dollars to pay at once. It doesn't matter if it's now or in April, I won't have half a grand to drop on Mezcoshit. I can micromanage 2-Year POs with installments, or set aside a grand if it's something I need. But these figures are not worth half a grand, paid in full, that's my point. I'll buy a single One:12 if it's a character I love too much and I collect them in any scale. But if you showed that pack to anyone and told them that they cost half a grand, they'd laugh. That's my point.
>>9099358It is what it is. When One:12 was first announced I wanted to get in, but between the early Punisher scalpers and the insane prices, pluts the taxes, it's really not logical for me to collect them. I'm just here because Doom's one of my favorites and this announcement means he's close. Him I'll pay the 100+ because I care, but I still find them wildly overpriced. At 60 bucks I was fine, but these prices are just nuts. They look good and I'd like some for some high-quality "play figures", but I just can't drop the cash. So for now it's just Doom when he goes up for PO for me. Some other character might come about who's in my All-Time Top 10, and I'll drop the cash again because I "need" them, but even though I'd have liked to have bought Strange, Fate, Iron Man, Punisher, and so on, I'm not getting into it.
