>>9088112The rage against BBTS is just insane. They've really been the difference between continuing and quitting this hobby. In over 15 years, I can count on a clumsy shop teacher's hand how many times they failed to deliver. There were many times they honored a preorder price that no longer made sense because they valued me as a long-term customer more than the short-term gain.
I mean the delays are unfortunate but it's 100% the fault of their suppliers. And it's always the usual suspects. Diamond, Hasbro, Super7, Mezco, etc. None of these companies understand delivering what they promised when they promised. So they get stuff from Bandai/Bluefin a month late. It's always been a month after the Japanese release. Same with Takara, at least pre-harmonization.
There are things about the site I don't like but I understand why they are that way most of the time. People quite frankly abuse their easy cancellation policy. That's why we can't have nice things. Hasbro already screws them delivering late. Let's not try to screw them too with phantom preorders.
