>>9104557Aligned continuity was a mistake and Hasbro ditched the idea. Some concepts and story beats from it did stick around but only the ones that actually work with the timeline in question. As it stands, FoC is no longer a direct prequel to TF Prime anymore, or the Bay films, or G1.
On that note though, RiD can go fuck itself for taking all the groundwork TF Prime laid out and throwing it away for happy funtime Bumblebee adventures complete with afterschool moral lessons in every episode and some heavy liberties with the lore. If it was its own thing, then fine, whatever, but because THIS is the sequel to Prime, it means we'll never see a continuation of that story with the same designs, tone, and setting and that makes me very disappointed.
