Just being realistic, most people are not going to give a shit about characters like Ray Arnold, so if you're going to make characters like him, you might as well make characters the fans actually want like Roland Tembo and Billy Brennan.Yeah, I get people hate on The Lost World, but there were some good characters in there. And I for one would love like a Kenner Predator type thing where they recreate the older Lost World figures on newer bodies with modern articulation, sculpt, paint etc.
And if they are gonna do stuff like make Ray Arnold, at least have the rest of the cast out. I mean we got a Ray Arnold figure before Grant, Hammond, Sattler or Muldoon. I get likeness rights can be an issue, but fuck it, just make em anyway and do updated ones later. Its not like they have a massive pool of characters to pull from, reissues and alternate versions of the characters are bounds to get made if only to keep the line alive as long as possible.
