My only issue personally is that I found a lot of tabs and joints to be far tighter than necessary, even for a fuckhuge figure like him. I'd wager that most people's problems transforming him boil down to some steps just taking an awkward amount of force to complete. The worst offender is the clip in his ankles connecting them to his chest those things are nearly impossible to connect and even worse to disconnect. The rest of him is just panel massaging and trying to get everything to fit into place, once you've done it once or twice I don't think transforming him is that hard, it's time consuming and he's heavy but it's not impossible. Getting the rings attached properly in planet mode is kind of a bitch too, I actually cracked the plastic on mine last time I did it but I wasn't being careful so I think it's on me.
But yeah the only problems he really has at all is to do with being a fuckhuge figure with an actually complex transformation that you rarely if ever see at that scale. As a robot he's solid, looks great and has a ton of posability and the planet mode, while smol, is still pretty spiffy.
