>>9139783I do agree that SOME of the Marvel Select figures are really good, amazing even. I also like the fact that they include a LOT MORE ACCESSORIES than Hasblo ever has. Marvel Select has included the normal accessories like extra hands, head sculpts, guns, weapons, etc. However they also have included stands, backgrounds, diorama pieces that really add to the entire figure selling point. I've gotten a few just for those dioramas myself, and they were worth it, 1000%! The figures from the Gotham TV show had some killer alley and fire escape pieces. I'll find a picture that shows it.
However the major gripe is articulation, and most of the Select figures I have, that is an issue. My Electro for example, looks awesome! Amazing detail, but he is as stiff as a board. Also very thin or waif like. Still looks incredible though! I also got three Avengers who all came with parts to a Avengers wall. Captain America, Iron-Man and one I can't remember. They are packed away so? Again all look awesome, but are very stiff and lack any action posing. They look great in static poses, and they can get into some battle shots, but they aren't the best for that. I love the look, but not the articulation.
