>>9160918To be honest, I'd say in specifics when it comes to legends it's a bit of a mess. It originally was even smaller than what we know it as now, which is why you'll still see the old Maketoys two-pack of Seaspray & Powerglide floating around; they're done to fit into that old size.
Then they took the scout size to rebrand it as the new legends size. That's persisted until Kingdom, where now it's named Core Class. They've done releases of both characters that are designed to supplement the other size classes, as well as other main characters that have larger sized releases as well.
Overall the whole thing is a clusterfuck, and basically at this point 'CHUG' no longer exists, it's simply 'mainline.' These figures are all certainly done in the 'legends' scale (even if they've personally decided on variations of what that size should be), but you can't exactly surgically remove that from everything else that's CHUG.
