>I've already amassed like 30 figuresNice. I assume it's within your budget to do so. Some people overspend during that initial period, only to lose interest quickly. Space yourself out until you find that sweet spot of expenditure vs dopamine hit.
>do ML generally break easily? No, sounds like you ham-handed it. Basically, if you're feeling resistance, STOP. Take a look at the part you're trying to bend, pull or push and see if there's anything obstructing the direction you're trying to move it in. If yes, stop trying to move it in that direction.
I'm not trying to belittle you. Some people have that problem. My dad's constantly breaking stuff, because he keeps forcing them to move in ways they're obviously not meant to move in. Like, he used to have trouble opening the manually operated car window on our old car, because he pulls on the lever as he turns it, thus creating resistance and therefore making it difficult to turn. All he had to do was turn the level laterally for a smooth operation, but he kept pulling and just couldn't get it no matter how many times I tried to explain. He ain't senile, he just... does stuff like that.
My guess is, you're not pulling the head straight up and out. You're probably pulling it toward you as you try to pull it off, thereby unconsciously tearing and sheering the plastic. In other words, ham handing it.
