what the fuck is this toy from the mid 2000s or so? it was similar to a beyblade in that it had a heavy spinning wheel in the center that was spun with a ripcord, but the top and bottom were plastic domes that could be plugged onto other center wheels and you could build arms/legs onto the main bodies.
