>>9198142IF these lines were $20 with unlimited budget: include everything.
If these lines were $20+, so you could continue adding more to the figure but the price would increase for every little bit: include almost everything
These lines are not that way, and McFarlane (and Hasbro, and Mattel, and Jazwares, etc etc etc) is making these figures to be sold for under $20 ($19.99). Shit is going to be cut in order to make them $20 and i'd rather see extra hands not being produced than seeing paint being cut, or articulation, or other more important accessories (guns, knifes, etc associated with the character).
Same shit applies to if budget is increased: extra hands are at the very bottom of my list of what i'd like to see added (more paint, more articulation, character appropriate accessories, etc etc).
>>9198128For a smaller company like McFarlane, they probably aren't going to switch factories any time soon, as those Chinese liars are known to steal shit. Companies like Hasbro slowly transition and have a giant amount of toylines being produced, so creating a new wave thats made in Vietnam and 20 lines still being made in China, and slowly drift anything new over to Vietnam means China doesnt/didnt know what the game was until its too late.
Considering that costs have risen in only a year, it's unlikely they'll add anything when they do make hte switch. This is assuming AFTER McFarlane settles on their DC line see
>>9198110 and DC movies continue being shit. If DC stuff becomes more popular, budgets can be raised.
