Out of all the Megatrons released throughout it, I only own the Siege Megatron mold but I can say that it's hands down the best one, followed by the Kingdom core class, and last being the Earthrise version and its partsformtastic transformation.
I don't really have a horse in the Optimus race, I'm still waiting for that Armada Optimus to be released and neither of these fucks have yellow eyes, but both look pretty good so it comes down to a preference between kibble, aesthetics, and articulation. Siege uses normal hip joints but has the cartoon diaper on top and that kibble cape, Earthrise has a different kind of hip joints that allow for a lot more leg articulation and a messier back but also comes with a trailer. Siege uses the ugly cybertronian truck altmode but as you can see in your picture, you wouldn't be able to tell from the robot mode, and Earthrise is just the normal truck.
