>>9242841I'm really stuck on the choice between these two, I feel like MS are getting too fiddly with their engineering at this scale and starting to shift towards a more toonish aesthetic compared to the old-MP like one they seemed to have before, focused on making just really nice toys of the designs. Meanwhile, NA for once nail a better old MP like robot mode on some of their figures and I especially appreciate using real wheels on the arms in the right places, but then some of them have really dodgy looking bits like mixmaster or hook's shins and oddly placed ankle tilts.
For the combined mode I much prefer the MS one, and from what we've seen MS has a bit less combiner kibble and it can also combine into a vague drone blocky thing, which while not much does give it something to do outside of combined mode other than get shoved in a draw or a baggy.
I think ultimately if MS had real wheels and the NA's more vibrant colours it'd be a no-contest, even with the slightly fiddlier looking engineering for the scale.
