You might say that most 80s and 90s cartons are like that but no, even the worst of 90s shows tried to have some sense of plot even if they failed terribly at it. But Street Sharks is somehow worse, no thought into how any of the universe works, it's as if they made the cartoon with no series bible and writers were just told to come up with an episode of said toy and they didn't try, the universe makes no sense and clearly no one wrote "3 seasons" worth of a show because what could he have written "Piranoid wants to trap the street sharks but they stop him", really?
