there is an argument of course to be made on if the context of 'real' means that does not count since it is clearly a fake and not even a 'real' product.
But there is also an argument to be made that how could anyone legitmately have the impression of 'wow I can't beleive they made this item as a one time only joke for a picture.' It is VERY believable someone made this as a joke, just like all of the skeleton Aunt Berus and Uncle Owens people have made for fun. It would be extremely less believable to find out an actual company made something like those and mass produced them for retail.
But maybe you truly couldn't believe someone did that even as a joke. In such a case, you probably find wonderment in a vast array of aspects of life most of us find mundane and for that, I envy you.
