They still operate on thin margins, and it's basically just offsetting teh cost of their dirt cheap shipping. They're still teh best option if you're ordering tons of things in bulk, but in general it's best never to buy exclusive p bandai stuff or con stuff from them unless they can secure an american outlet like bluefin to keep the costs down. Because you're paying them to import it basically.
That being said, they're reliable and you're almost guaranteed to get your item.
