Than why are you interested in it?
Best you look into toy cataloges, searching for something that looks similar.I would search for X-Men or Toybiz playsets. Kinda reminds me of Centurions. Or where they had playsets and vehicles that used ropes to travel?

Its from this bad boy right here. Got a lot out of this one as a kid, the green translucent batman was absolutely the coolest shit I had seen, even if the theme made no sense. Not too far off from the TAS gimmick suits, but fuuuuuture
