Help me /toy/ you're my only hope.

I've been trying to find the name of a set of action figures i used to have as a kid but my google-fu has failed me.
All i can remember of it was
>popular mid-to-late 90s
>all the figures were skeletons/undead of some sort
>about the same size as G.I Joe action figures
>there were four(?) good guys that were kinds vietnam-esque in clothing and weapons
>each figure had their own specific weaponry, like one had a grenade launcher, one had a regular M16 etc etc
>one of the later editions had a astronaut skeleton with a shoulder-mounted (?) laser rig
>i think the bad guys were some form of undead military skeletons as well but i can't really remember

Anyone know what the hell I'm talking about?
