>>9275414These are fucking glorious figures and I have coveted them for years, but I just cannot justify $600 on a single toy. I settled for the Robo-Dou instead. It's shorter and not as gleefully chonky as the Yamato, but it has some pretty well done joint coverings, working patlamp units, and a hefty amount of diecast.
As a stand-in that costs about 1/4 as much, I'm pretty happy. Plus, at this price point, you could get Unit 2 and 3 as well and still have spent less than a single Yamato.
