>>9419208I think that was just a fan rumor. All we know for sure is that atrociraptor was originally supposed to be deiyonychus but the studio made them change it to something cooler sounding. We also know that that the prequel showed more "scientifically accurate" ones because the t-rex had a light coat of feathers on it.
Personally, I think it could make for an interesting plot point but I don't want them to chase that dragon too much. Even if they did make perfectly accurate dinos by todays standards, they would be dated and inaccurate by the standards of 10 years from now (or less). As it stands the only people who give a shit are autistic neckbeards who comment AKSHUALLY on everything Jurassic Park related.
