I am planning to 3D design and print something like pic-related but I don't know what kind of nuts and bolts should I use so doesn't get loose.
Do you have any recommendation or experience?

I believe this is how it all started. The dude started making this basic life-sized Auska body. Along the way, he wanted more articulation, so he began to modify the base body by cutting and gluing more parts to her. After awhile, it just turned into this overworked monstrosity you see here.

They're designed with jiggle physics. the boobs, areola, and nipples each move on their own when you shake her.

I have a webm of the Rei doll being "jiggle tested" but it has sound and I'm not going through the hassle to remove the sound for a video that's NSFW at any level. But yes, the boobs do jiggle very well for being made of paper. They make a horrible squeaking sound when violently shaken though.

Here's a picture of the chest section fully opened to show the jiggle mechanisms inside.

That’s more or less my other issue: how am fragile are these? If these were made with molded/machined light plastics like PVC then I’d be down for having a 1:1 scale waifu figure that is every bit as articulated as a Figma/Revoltech/etc if not more so. I might need to invest in a 3D printer and lots of spools of filament…
