Because now that you've reached this stage in collecting, you'll be able to focus your wallet on things you REALLY need/want, and not just toys too. Someday you'll reach that same rut with amiibos or whatever else youre spending, but as long as you're happier and sensible with your new purchases, the remorse wont hurt as much this time.
