Aside from vintage Ebay or praying for an unlikely reissue in the totally flopped Real Ghostbusters resurrection line? No way to get them now.

They do make novelty LED pens that have surprisingly powerful projectors in them, I got some last halloween. Project generic sheet ghosts, skulls, and pumpkins on the walls.

So has anyone here been buying any of the new Plasma Series? I want to get the old guys cause I doubt we'll see merch of them in the future. I don't really want the kids, and the BAF is pretty shit.

I do want some of those mini-puffs in the goo. They look like fun figurines.

They teased it in a short video with Jason Reitman during the Ghostbusters section of the PulseCon thing back on Friday. 10/27 they're doing a special "Pulse Premium Members Only" stream and that's where they'll announce more details.

But if last year is anything to go by, they don't have a way of checking who is "pulse premium" only so...

it doesn't look to include the thrower, so it will theoretically be made for the Spengler wand currently available. And even if it was a full pack with thrower, Spirit Halloween sells a respectable 80% scale pack for only $80 (see pic related). A full sized pack with a similar level of quality as the $100 Spengler thrower Hasbro made really shouldn't cost more than $300.

I'm just being pessimistic I guess. I'm a NEET who's been a Ghostbuster fan since the 80's and the only reason I was able to get the Spengler wand was because of the stimmy.

To get the pack, I'm worried I'm going to have to sell an organ.

The Spengler wand without a pack feels incomplete. There's no reason to add a wand when one is already available, and the people who already own it just want a pack to pair it with. If you don't have one yet it's still available on Pulse. Better stretch goals would be video game add-ons, since the thrower they released has modes for the different game weapons. For example a slime tank attachment for the pack and slime blower attachment for the wand.
