Is there any better way McFarlane could reduce the 'diaper look' on figures where its really obvious like She Spawn while still keeping full ball joint motion capabilities?

Could they have at least done it like Death Metal Wonder Woman and put a layer of rubbery plastic over top of the base figure? Or would you be for Full Swivel?

I'd be interested to see She Spawn done more in the style of DMWW even if it limited articulation a bit since that figure looked great.
