>>9490807Nice! I figured the Skystriker would make it through, especially with the Rancor failing. Stacking too many Haslabs at once was just an awful idea and I'm sure played a part in both the Joe and Rancor ones moving so slow.
>>9490774I just collect both scales, though I don't bother with the 3.75 figures because they always suck. Not just the current VC ones, but SW figures in this scale have always been behind in terms of articulation and play value. Also, they're just way too short and look silly next to any other 1:18 line. Even the fully articulated VC figures are just awful compared to ME Joes, MTF, Joytoy, AR and so forth. But the VC vehicles and dios are dope as hell.
If I want Star Wars characters, BS figures are great for that. The look good on the shelf, usually have decent articulation and are just fun to mess with. If the 1:18th figures were anywhere near as good as the BS ones where, I'd have an army of Storm Troopers to fight along side (or with) my army of Cobra Troopers.
>>9490912I don't mind Scarlette as an unlock, she's not the best, or even accurate, but she's unique enough to be interesting. But Rip-cord is a but wtf. It's not exactly like he's an A name Joe fans absolutely have to have. The Flight Crew is also a really cool idea, but they should've been the first unlock because they're really the best accessory to add to a Skystriker display.
>>9491138Hasn't every Haslab started with just a render of the product?
>>9491148Doubtful, the whole point of Haslab is to see if they can guarantee a certain number of sales. If they couldn't do that directly, I doubt they'd just make it and hope it sells indirectly.
