My guess is it rotates at the head and waist, the legs can move in and out and the knees will be articulated.
For the arms I think it will just be shoulder and wrist movement.

Its 10$, and if you compare to other toylines, you'll see this is the standard, and the only non capeshit action figures kids will buy.

Pokemon has this issue so much worse. The sonic line is completely standard for the ben ten, turtle, and mario lines.
