But if she's an average or nerdy girl and not some kind of hardcore pop "collector", getting a character she just doesn't have should suffice.
Either way if she loves you and you tried, it shouldn't matter, my family and friends always try to get me toys for Christmas and my birthday, it's usually not anything I'd buy myself, but I still appreciate the attempt.
