Why is it that when I want one specific thing from a figure (accessory/body part), it always has to be from a figure that turns out to be very hard to get.

Pic related is a project from Toytally Rad Creations and/or Almighty Collectibles. They're supposed to be in that 6.5" range. Said to scale with 1/18 because they're sometimes depicted as larger, but fit them in wherever and however.

Mythic Legion's been mentioned already, but they do have winged figures of their own. Feathery, dragon and bone wings that fit on every figure. Expensive for late-comers though.

Again with the Mythic Legions mentions: their figures are all compatible with their line of attachable articulated wings. Easy enough to make a winged knight, orc, goblin, whatever.
