>>9528415Nah, you're fucking stupid, because you can't consider the fact that Hasbro would ever be allowed to make DC toys as long as they Marvel license
Why? Because all the shit that I've stated that has happened of competition fucking each other.
Again, go look at how Hasbro didn't buy Dreamworks (why are you ignoring this, because it's literally what you're trying to argue, because literally the hypothetical situation you're putting up), becasue it would affect their relationship with Disney. When you're in DIRECT COMPETITION, no matter how much you promise that you won't fuck them over, you're NOT to be trusted.
IF WB/Disney were retarded enough to allow Hasbro to make DC AND Marvel toys, they would be asked to NOT produce shit in the same factories. They WOULD ask that each factory have the SAME (or higher) capabilities. They WOULD also ask that the teams be SEPERATE from one another, so sculptors/designers/etc wouldn't be allowed to be shared, because they want 110% maximum effort put into THEIR brand.
In other words, Hasbro would be asked to suddenly be DOUBLE their current size (simplified, since i don't know how big Hasbro's action figure/Marvel team actually is). In other words, Hasbro would have to save up a ton of money, planning this move maybe a decade ahead of time, in order to accomdate that deal. Tons of wasted money that could have been invested elsewhere. So Hasbro would also be retarded to consider such a deal.
If you don't think anything of what I said is true, you're a clueless fuckwit.
Hasbro had a similar clause with LucasFilm, btw. Hasbro wasn't allowed to share molds/equipment/designs with GI Joes or anything else Hasbro produced, because Lucas wanted everything to be purely Star Wars.
>I'm saying why sabotage either when you don't own it. You mean how Disney sabotaged Fox with their ability to make money off of their movies? Or Marvel sabotaged DC by starting the rumors of page/price increase? I can go on but there's a character li
