That pre-52 era was my favorite DC era; I'd love a set of modern set of Batman Reborn figures(there's way too little actual Batfam art of this line-up). A lot of characters were also in their modern classic looks; similar to their original looks but just updated enough, like Conner's Power girl with her more lined costume. I prefer it to the more drastic post new 52 redesigns.

That's a shame, he's already got a totally different paint scheme, superman would have benefited more from a different head (I do know the main reason they gave a new head to Bats is to make it more 'comic style' then 'realistic style' but eh, they could have given Bats a more accurate head from the get-go).

There's very few figures where the articulation actually doesn't matter, like the Mythic Legion Trolls, where ball joints provide all the range of a swivel.

None of those are spiderman poses. The only one that is remotely impressive is the grappling while kicking forward pose. Ironically the least impressive in the upper left would be the hardest for a MCF to pull off due to the chest needing to compress forward.

I know the ones being hyper critical and constantly criticizing every little thing about McFarlane don't own any McFarlane figures. With their mindset it'd be a stain on their collection, a blemish they would never want to admit to. Not gonna lie, top-left looks incredibly awkward probably because his knees are so far-apart and you can tell that most of the hunch is coming from the hips rather than the waist or torso. The others are simple enough that most MLs could do it, but I like the bottom left.
