>>9605559If you made that yourself, nicely done! I really hope nobody buys the pack in the OP. It looks like barely an improvement over the Spirit packs. They seem to not be for sale anymore. I wonder if they just sold the old molds to this company and they said fuck it we'll charge 5 times what they did since there's no other option?
I just added some weathering and zip tied an alice frame to my one spirit pack today. Just the weathering alone really made it stand out and makes it feel used. Sadly for where I had to put the alice frame the pack can't really sit up on its own like I've seen some packs do. Hell thinking about it just now I could probably fix that by simply placing a piece of wood under it when I have it on the floor. Had to piss with the plastic the battery pack in the backing sat so I could get to it with the frame on, but works just fine.
I can't wait to get the Hasbro pack for how much more accurate it will look compared to this spirit pack I've been tinkering with, but I think I'll like this modded spirit one a little more. Compared to what some folks do for their full on builds I really didn't do much to this thing. Swapped in the proton blaster, proper ribbon cable, a little paint, a frame, and kept the basic electronics both the wand and pack had. Still feels nice to have taken something that was passable at best and make it a lot better.
