This isn't a coomer thing, I just need a doll body to fit a Taylor Swift head that's designed for Phicen bodies. What's my best bet for making sure I don't get scammed? Is it safe buying one on eBay? Are there better places to buy 1/6th bodies?

I only found out this existed today, while I checked eBay for Taylor Swift dolls, only to find out the old ones looked nothing like her. I don't own the head yet. I'm trying to make the doll.

How old is your cousin?
If your cousin isn't pedo but little griller, make sure you look up the differnt body codes and pick the correct skincolour (sun tan for your average white western, light for south korea plastic complexion).
I mention the bodies because some have sculpted nipples and vaginas while others do not.

And yes.

This is why I'm unsure... I don't want this to turn into a $200 project, it's already looking to be expensive enough. But I also don't want to spend money on a body that doesn't fit.

I guess I'm asking if I'm buying some kind of bootleg version, is it going to be absolute shit? Do I need to buy somewhere besides eBay?

First: Did it specify what size body the head goes with? there's two sizes of Phicen: 1/12 and 1/6. Both are going to cost you $150-$200 bucks regardless. I'd avoid buying bootlegs, especially if you're looking at the seamless bodies - those are poseable wire frames coated in a silicone substance similar to what's used to make sex toys for a more 'realistic' feeling skin, meaning the stuff is already prone to tearing on the official ones; I imagine a bootleg that's using cheaper materials is going to crumble pretty quickly. Make sure any Phicen body you look at is from TBLeague, the creators. You an find some on eBay (do NOT buy used), or you can check out TBLeague's web page.
Also, while the males tend to either have optional genitals packed in with them or no genitals at all (depending on the kit - the blanks have junk, the pre-made ones with full outfits usually do not), virtually every female Phicen body I've seen comes with sculpted nipples and vagina (though they come with panties and a bra in their box), so be aware that you WILL be giving your cousin an anatomically correct doll made of actual dildo rubber. Again, ask Coomer General for more info, including the best places to buy one and best methods for maintaining the material.

Also matching the skintone is important. I have several Jiaou Dolls and Phicen dolls. A Jiaou doll will be easier to match for the Taylor Swift head you plan to get. However every Jiaou doll has sculpted nipples/vagina. Phicen have dolls with nipples only.

You can find bodies at Ekia Hobbies, KGHobby, Giantoy, and Big Bad Toystore. Find one that will suit Taylor, but check the description of the body. All phicen bodies have sculpted nipples and vaginas, but some bodies are more detailed than others. There are 1/6th scale hard plastic bodies that aren't as anatomically correct, but would be in the same scale as your head, if that's a route you want to go. But I'd definitely look at some clothing, maybe something from Fire Girl or VS Toys, to get an outfit that would suit Taylor.

That might be a little weird, but nipples aren't the end of the world. Are there any other kinds of bodies that are decently priced and not focused on complete anatomical correctness, but could fit the head I posted?

I assure you Phicens are also anatomically correct - at least the female bodies. Males sometimes come with a dick and sometimes don't, but all of the females have genitals - even on the characters whose costumes weren't designed to be removed.

So you need to be looking for the 1/6th scale Seamless Suntan body, probably size S18A or S19B. Both of those have medium breast size, average muscle sculpt, and the right skin tone for your Taylor Swift. Just need to be sure whatever outfit you pick for her fits the body size you choose.

Since it's 1/6 would really recommend using a fashion doll body instead; phicen for the reasons others mentioned is for adult collectors, it's weirdly explicit for a gift, is fussy to manipulate etc. If your cousin is an adult and explicitly requested phicen then ignore this, but if the doll is going to be clothed anyway then honestly a fashion doll body would be superior, since it would be easier to articulate and play with, and will look perfectly fine when clothed (phicen will have visible joints at ankles/wrists/neck anyway). The face and costuming is more important than the body. A lot of doll customizers suggest made-to-move barbie since it has more articulation; frequently see repaints/faceups of 1/6 scale on this body and they're more than adequate if you're not intending to jerk off with it.

Jiaou doll's are way more compatible with all type of 1/6 heads as they even come with multiple head peg sizes to swap easily swap different brands. Pop Toys and Very Cool make 1/6 bodies but they are not seamless. Very Cool bodies have nipples

I've had one for three years; heavy use as drawing reference. I need to clean it since my room is dusty as fuck but no issues whatsoever. Has been posed in wildly dynamic poses for up to two months without any deterioration.

No idea what country you're from, but you can use BBTS. It'll at least be better than eBay.
