I mean shit, you've got the Strawhats, Yonkou, Shichibukai, Marines, Cipher Pol 9, Red Scabbards, Revolutionaries, a rotating cast of allies spanning decades, important historical figures, and that's not even touching popular unaffiliated characters like Enel, or major secondary antagonists or the main crews of any of the allies or villains (shit like Baroque Work agents or the Beast Pirate All-Stars and Tobiroppo)
