I know people pivot their degrees all the time, but as someone with a marketing degree, you will be 100% unqualified to take a design job anywhere, let alone Lego. Try to get an internship or take a class in design-anything to see if you even like it, since Lego isn’t a guaranteed thing straight out of college. You’ll need experience first, likely from somewhere else, and that’s where the degree comes in. Marketing degrees are multipurpose but I ended up doing advertising. You have to really load up on experience if you want to follow a certain career path.
