Hasbro Mcfarlane etc can not beautiful expressive poses, import articulation is wasted for triple to quadruple the price

It's not how many POA, but HOW the POA is done. Kaiyodo in the early 00's had Dead or Alive figures with less articulation than today's ML or McFarlane but could do dynamic poses. Mind you the engineering and sculpts haven't aged well.

I have the figure and even in hand this one is true. It doesn't help that it's not a particularly sharp cut of plastic.

The problem isn't too many POA

The problem is western companies don't sculpt their joints properly to give more nature shape

And there is no reason for double joints arms anymore when single joint can do the job and look better

Double elbow joints should be for armored characters. A single joint wouldn't really work if the joint is armored.

But you could also be smart about it and hide the first joint within the armor, and make it look like only a single joint and still have roughly the same movement.

It's fine if they want to use double joints but they need upgrade their design.

There is no reason to keep using the "two-circle just connect them" system anymore when they can easier adjust to allow more natural look

Is like they are stuck in the late 90/early 2000 and not living in post 2015

Just a slight change in the part would make OP' pic much better looking
